We want to make your experience with our firm as enjoyable and as rewarding as possible.
Collection and Use of Information
During the ordinary course of our business, we may ask you to provide us with certain personal information depending on the nature of the legal advice being sought and to better meet your legal needs.
Generally, we may hold personal information about you including but not limited to your name, date of birth, occupation, address, email address, telephone number, medical information and financial circumstances.
If you choose not to provide us with any or all of your personal information as requested, then we may not be able to provide legal advice and representation for you as our client.
C&M Lawyers may share personal information with select persons or entities such as experts and government instrumentalities, in order to prepare legal advice and gather information sometimes of a personal nature and in matters involving legal proceedings in various jurisdictions for our clients.
For example, we may be forced to disclose your personal information to the government or third parties under certain circumstances, or third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications.
We can (and you authorize us to) disclose any information about you to law enforcement or other government officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or
appropriate, in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may expose us to legal liability.
C&M Lawyers’ Commitment to Children’s Privacy
